Front Of House Supervisor

Job Summary

Mission Yogurt is seeking a FOH Shift Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations at ChoLon within the Denver Airport. This role supports and coaches FOH Team Members, oversees cashiering and service flow, and maintains cleanliness and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day execution
• Coach and train FOH Team Members
• Oversee cashiering and service flow
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards
• Serve as a point of leadership on the floor
• Create a positive guest experience and strong team environment

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Supervisor experience in a quick service restaurant
• Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer feedback

• Ensure all operating and quality standards are met
• Practice a professional and ethical management style and presentation
• Absorb and communicate company policy, standards, and procedures to staff
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of the area
• Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations
• Ensure adherence to cash management and stock control procedures
• Check all deliveries, ensure product is correct, rotated, and stored properly

Qualifications

• Pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines
