Brasserie Ten Ten is seeking a Front of House Manager with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in fine dining and management.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years experience in fine dining and/or high volume operations with 1+ year of management experience
  • Motivated and confident industry professional
  • Dedication, clear communication, and patience
  • Create a positive work environment promoting teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction
  • Exceed guest expectations and enhance the quality of all guests' dining experiences
  • General understanding of food and beverage, profit and loss statement, labor costs, food and beverage costs, and operational expenses
  • Extensive wine knowledge
  • Organizational skills to manage under time constraints with attention to detail and quality of service
  • Knowledge of Toast, Craftable, Tripleseat, 7 shifts, Illustrator or similar applications

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $80,000.00)
