Brasserie Ten Ten is seeking a Front of House Manager with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in fine dining and management.
Requirements
- 4-5 years experience in fine dining and/or high volume operations with 1+ year of management experience
- Motivated and confident industry professional
- Dedication, clear communication, and patience
- Create a positive work environment promoting teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction
- Exceed guest expectations and enhance the quality of all guests' dining experiences
- General understanding of food and beverage, profit and loss statement, labor costs, food and beverage costs, and operational expenses
- Extensive wine knowledge
- Organizational skills to manage under time constraints with attention to detail and quality of service
- Knowledge of Toast, Craftable, Tripleseat, 7 shifts, Illustrator or similar applications
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $80,000.00)
