About the role

Cinema Cafe is a one stop movie theater and restaurant that combines movies with a casual dining experience. We offer a full-service menu including burgers, homemade pizzas, chicken sandwiches, wings, french fries, appetizers, fresh salads, and alcoholic beverages. Our full wait service is available in all auditoriums during all feature films, ensuring patrons never have to leave their seats.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and concession stand.
• Run ticket sales and assist with ushering duties as needed.
• Help maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is preferred but not required.
