Front of House Ambassador - Whataburger

Responsibilities

• Deliver uncommon hospitality and excellent customer experience by greeting, engaging and guiding guests through menu options.
• Place orders for guests using POS systems.
• Menu knowledge is required.
• Must be of age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages.
• Trained and certified under state law requirements.
• Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests.
• Knowledgeable about current promotions and menu items.
• Support quick table turns along with great safety and sanitation practices while bussing and cleaning tables throughout the shift.
• Answer phones, take orders and deliver exceptional service during potential to-go shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to work a full-time schedule with overtime based on the restaurant’s business needs and operational requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs. as needed.
• A courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.

Pay

Pay Range: $16 per hour - $19 per hour Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
