Front Lobby Reception Per Diem Days
Job Summary
The Front Lobby Receptionist acts as a resource to patients, visitors and others entering the hospital through the front lobby. Courteously answers questions and guides patients and visitors to their destinations and informs visitors of the visiting policy and upholds it at all times. Keeps current documentation of all patients who present for registration.
Experience Required
- Work experience that includes interacting with and greeting guests, assisting customers, being organized.
Education Required
- A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
Training Required
- Typing 40 WPM,
- Computer experience,
- Faxes,
- Copiers,
- Multiline phones,
- Printers.

- Must be a strong team player.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical and organization skills;
- Excellent critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area.

Bilingual Requirement
- PREFERRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Licensure Required
- BLS - Basic Life Support - Must be obtained within three (3) months of hire date.

Pay Range
Pay Range: Minimum $23.00 Midpoint $23.00 Maximum $24.00 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
