Front-end Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop modern software interfaces supporting modeling and simulation, hardware-in-the-loop (HITL), and advanced engineering environments for critical national security missions.
• Build intuitive applications that allow engineers and operators to configure systems, visualize complex data, control simulations, and interact with physical and simulated hardware.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience developing production-quality front-end applications using modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar.
• Strong proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web application architecture.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs, WebSockets, message-based interfaces, or other backend services.
• Experience developing data-intensive interfaces, dashboards, visualization tools, or engineering applications.
• Familiarity with software development practices including Git, automated testing, code review, and CI/CD.
• Ability to work directly with engineers and technical users to translate complex system requirements into effective user interfaces.

Pay

• The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is $90,300 - 189,600 USD.
