Front End Service Team Trainer
Hourly wage: $19 - $32 per hour. The actual rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

About the role
Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and thanking customers, processing returns and refunds, and handling financial transactions. Associates must be ready to assist with customer questions and needs and may be required to stand for long periods.
