Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. Responsibilities include:
- Smiling, greeting, and thanking customers
- Processing returns and refunds
- Carrying out financial transactions
- Assisting with customer questions and needs
- Standing for long periods of time
