Front End Service Team Trainer
Hourly wage: $20 - $33 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

About the role
Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet, and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. This role may require standing for long periods of time and assisting customers with questions and needs.
