About the role
Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.

Pay
- Hourly wage: $18 - $31 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Additional premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
