Front End Service Team Supervisor
Pay
Hourly wage: $19 – $32 per hour. Actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable local minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
About the role
Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and handle financial transactions. The role may require standing for extended periods while assisting customers with questions and needs.
