Front End Service Team Supervisor
Pay
Hourly wage: $22.50 – $35.50 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or type of work performed); multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
About the role
Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and thanking customers, processing returns and refunds, and handling financial transactions. The role may require standing for extended periods and assisting customers with questions and needs.
