- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met
About the role
Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. The role may require standing for extended periods while assisting customers.
