Pay
Hourly wage: $19 – $32 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

About the role
Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and thanking customers, processing returns/refunds, and handling financial transactions. The role may require standing for extended periods and assisting customers with questions and needs.
