Pay
Hourly wage: $16 - $29 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

About the role
Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. Responsibilities include smiling, greeting, and thanking customers, processing returns/refunds, and handling financial transactions. This role may require standing for long periods.
