Pay

• Hourly wage: $16.50 – $29.50 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage)
• Additional compensation:
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives
  • Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met

About the role

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet and thank customers, process returns and refunds, and carry out financial transactions. This role may require standing for extended periods while assisting customers.
