Front End Service Team Associate
Pay
Hourly wage: $18 – $31 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

About the role
Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet and thank customers, process returns and refunds, and carry out financial transactions. This role may require standing for long periods and assisting customers with questions and needs.
