Front End Service Team Associate
Pay
Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
Schedule
Full-time. Available shifts: Mid-shift, Closing.
About the role
Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. The role requires standing for long periods and assisting customers with questions and needs.
