Front End Service Team Associate
Hourly wage: $14–$27 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

About the role
Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and thanking customers, processing returns and refunds, and handling financial transactions. The role may require standing for long periods of time and assisting customers with questions and needs.
