Pay
Hourly wage: $16 - $29 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

Employment type: Part-time. Available shifts: Mid-shift, Closing.
About the Role
Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. Responsibilities include smiling, greeting, and thanking customers, processing returns/refunds, and handling financial transactions. This role may require standing for long periods and assisting customers with questions and needs.
