Front-End Onsite Tech Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead ReactJS/Next.js Ecommerce front-end delivery.
• Define architecture, component strategy, micro frontend approach, standards, and performance practices.
• Review code, mentor developers, and ensure quality, security, accessibility, and release readiness.
• Partner with product, UX, backend, DevOps, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Resolve complex UI issues, support production stability, REST/GraphQL integration, automation, and AI-assisted development adoption.

Pay

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
