Front End Manager
Lunds & Byerlys Apple Valley is hiring a full-time Front-End Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for customers. This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.50 - $29.13/hr. Hours are flexible, ranging from 7:00am - 3:00pm with one closing shift from 2:30pm - 10:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Managing and assisting Front End operations including: Scanning items, Entering pricing data, Processing payment, Packaging groceries
- Resolving any checkout concerns
- Bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training front-end staff
- Scheduling front end staff
- Hire and train front end staff
- Aid Operations Manager with other assigned tasks
Requirements
- Education: Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent experience
- Experience: One or more years' experience in payroll, scheduling, and bookkeeping
- Prior team leadership experience

Compensation
