Front End Manager
Lunds & Byerly St Cloud is hiring a Full-Time Front End Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive Salary of $42,000-$56,000/year. We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. Shifts are scheduled between 5:00am-10:00pm, with Wednesdays and Sundays preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Managing and assisting Front End operations including: Scanning items, Entering pricing data, Processing payment, Packaging groceries
- Resolving any checkout concerns
- Bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Aiding in coaching, mentoring, and training front-end staff
- Scheduling front end staff
- Hire and train front end staff
- Aid Operations Manager in other assigned tasks

Qualifications
- Education: Required: Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent experience
- Experience: One or more years' experience in payroll, scheduling, and bookkeeping
- Prior team leadership experience
Skills
- Strong knowledge of retail operations
- Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
