Front End Loader

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment.
• Operate the Front End Loader or Reclaimer.
• Work closely with the Making Supervisor and Brick Machine Operator.
• Communicate any issues observed.
• Monitor the proper feed of material.
• Operate the Reclaimer as needed.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on the Front End Loader and Reclaimer.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Clean bunker walls as needed when operating the Reclaimer.
• Work as a team player and assist with other jobs as needed.
• Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), as required.
• Assist Sand Prep with tasks such as changing color max feeder bags, etc.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to twist, stoop, and bend.
• Must be able to climb ladders.
• Must wear a hard hat, steel toe boots, and N95 respirator.
• Must pass a pulmonary function test and fit test for a respirator.
