A Day In The Life As a Front-End Team Member, your day is centered around creating a smooth and positive checkout experience for customers. You’re often the final stop before customers head home, helping complete their purchase accurately while keeping interactions friendly and efficient. Whether scanning items, bagging groceries, or answering questions, your role helps ensure each visit ends on a strong note. Another part of the role is keeping the front end organized, clean, and running consistently throughout the day. You’ll rotate between tasks like handling transactions, collecting carts, restocking supplies, and maintaining the checkout area. With a steady flow of customers and changing priorities, the work stays active, making it a good fit for someone who enjoys variety and staying engaged in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities
- Scanning items and bagging groceries
- Answering customer questions
- Handling transactions (cash, card, digital payments)

Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18 years of age or older, depending on local/state requirements)
- Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire
- Basic math and communication skills required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
