Front End Developer (UX/UI)

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Remote Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology division. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java
• Familiarity with databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development practices
• Minimum of 3+ years of full stack development experience, preferably within an engineering or technical environment
• Proven success in delivering reliable, scalable, and high-quality web applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills suitable for remote collaboration
• Self-driven, organized, with effective time management skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive, user-centered interfaces
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality
• Design, manage, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for efficiency and scalability
• Write and execute automated tests, conduct code reviews, and uphold high standards of code quality
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless user experience
• Engage with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Participate in agile practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Stay updated with the latest software development trends, tools, and best practices
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior developers to foster team growth
