Front End Developer (Top Secret Clearance, Onsite in Denver)
About the role
Rocket Communications is an enterprise UX Design company focused on designing mission-critical applications and systems. We are seeking a Front End developer who has an active Top Secret Clearance to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex, intelligent, and secure web applications with modern web technologies
- Prioritize client-side development
- Work closely with both internal and external design teams
- Ensure the feasibility of the design, clarify ambiguous designs, and build reusable code and components
Requirements
- 3+ years experience developing complex, intelligent, and secure web applications with modern web technologies
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, Javascript ES6+)
- Knowledgeable about modern frameworks such as Vue.js, React, and/or Angular
- Understanding of key web application design principles
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Willingness to work onsite daily in Greenwood Village, CO
- US Citizen living in the USA
Qualifications
- Full Stack & Backend experience is a huge bonus
- Experience with JavaScript unit testing (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, or Vitest) and end-to-end testing (e.g., Cypress)
- Experience using Git and Jira in a development workflow
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience with web visualization frameworks such as D3.js or Cesium
- Experience with SCSS and Bootstrap
- Knowledge of observer design patterns utilizing RxJS or a similar library
- Knowledge of user centered design principles and experience with Sketch/Figma or equivalent design tools

- Strong front-end developer with extensive experience in modern web technologies

Your actual pay for this role will be based on your skills, experience, and location. The compensation package features an annual revenue bonus, contingent upon the company's financial success for the year.
