Key Responsibilities
- Replication of Tickets from Accenture Tool to client tool vice-versa
- The updating of tickets is critical activity and need to be performed in real time basis
- Proper Handling of Tickets Creation, Update, Closure
- Working closely with technical team for driving of incidents to closure
- Sharing timely reports with management
Technical Experience
- Should have knowledge about Service Now tool
- Must be good in understanding customers queries in order to replication of the tickets
- Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/request/issues are communicated effectively and receiving proper management attention
