Front End Cashier
Good Harvest Market, Waukesha County's largest independently owned natural and organic grocer, is seeking enthusiastic part-time Front End Cashiers who are passionate about providing great customer service with a smile. Candidates must be available to work daytime hours until at least 4pm and have flexible retail availability, including weekends and holidays.

About Us
We pay weekly, every Friday. Employees receive a generous 25% in-store purchase discount on all products, plus a 50% shift meal discount in our onsite restaurant, Hop Harvest & Vine. Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling cash with accuracy and care
- Efficiently performing customer transactions using our POS system
- Cleaning the department
- Retrieving carts from the parking lot
- Stocking and facing products as needed
Requirements
- Flexible retail availability, including weekends and holidays
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Clear communication with customers
- Accurate cash handling skills
- A strong interest in natural foods and living
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Preferably at least one year of customer service experience
Physical Demands
- Constant standing
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Exposure to varying temperature conditions (e.g., retrieving carts, assisting customers with groceries in various weather, stocking coolers/freezers)
