Responsible for
- Engaging and interacting with all customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
- Maintaining and upholding merchandising philosophy
- Initiating and participating in store recovery
- Maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards
- Accurately processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor
- Supporting and embodying a positive store culture
- Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs
- Participating in safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment
Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
