Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Strong customer/guest service skills
• High degree of professionalism
• Hospitality experience preferred
• Previous Front Desk Service experience is ideal, but not required
• Basic computer skills

About the Role

The Osthoff Resort is seeking a friendly, professional, and guest-focused individual to join their team as a Front Desk Team Member. This individual is responsible for providing AAA Four-Diamond guest service.

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly and accurately
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for a period of up to eight hours in addition to occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

Schedule

Holiday and weekend availability is required.
