About the role

T3 Performance was founded in 2009 and has since grown into one of the leading youth sports companies in the Midwest. T3 offers a variety of youth sports services ranging from performance and sports skills training to club teams and tournaments. In 2024, T3 took on an investment to help with its rapid expansion plans beyond its three locations in northeastern Ohio to other midwestern cities.

Facility Management Team Member

At T3, we believe every interaction matters. We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member to help create exceptional experiences for our athletes, families, and guests. As the face of our facilities, you'll play a key role in delivering the T3 Way from the moment someone walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Bring the Juice
• Welcome athletes, families, and guests with energy and professionalism.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, assisting with registrations, scheduling services, and supporting customer needs.
• Sweep the Sheds
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility environment.
• Ensure courts, fields, and common areas are prepared for daily operations.
• Speed is King
• Respond quickly to customer needs while keeping front desk operations running smoothly.
• Assist with check-ins, scheduling, and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Pull the Thread
• Look for ways to improve the customer experience.
• Take ownership, solve problems, and support teammates across the organization.
