Front Desk Supervisor - Sales Admin

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for supporting all aspects of hotel operations while maintaining Fairfield Inn by Marriott Brand Standards. The Front Desk Supervisor serves as a leader for all front desk and sales operations, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional guest satisfaction, employee accountability, and financial responsibility. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and capable of making timely operational decisions while maintaining professionalism and strong communication skills. This position requires availability, flexibility, and the ability to lead the property in the absence of the General Manager. Must be available to cover front desk shifts due to call outs/team vacation requests. Must be available to work 3 pm- 11 pm or 11 pm- 7 am.
