Front Desk Supervisor/MOD

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk staff to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service
  • Cookordinate and schedule front desk coverage, including serving as the Manager on Duty
  • Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly
  • Train new front desk employees on standard operating procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required

Additional Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
  • Able to maintain composure and problem-solve effectively under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay
