Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service
- Cookordinate and schedule front desk coverage, including serving as the Manager on Duty
- Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly
- Train new front desk employees on standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
Additional Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
- Able to maintain composure and problem-solve effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
