Description
Pet Paradise is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor with leadership and strong customer service experience for their open position. Starting rate is $16.50/hour, with a $0.50 increase every six months and an additional $0.50 on annual anniversary dates.

Essential Functions
- Provide direct supervision of Front Desk Associates, leading, training, and coaching based on company standards, policies, and guidelines
- Assist management team with training, assigning, directing work, coaching, and conducting performance reviews
- Report and document potential hazards or behavioral problems to the management team
- Assist with Front Desk functions such as processing check-ins and check-outs, answering calls, de-escalating issues, and maintaining lobby cleanliness
- Assist new and existing team members in completing required LMS courses and training guides
- Perform additional duties as required by the management team
Qualifications
- Two years or more in a customer service role (Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist) highly preferred
- Prior supervisory experience highly preferred
- Strong organizational, cash management, and sales skills
- Comfortable leading by example, including 'hands-on' task management
- Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and physically able to lift up to 60 lbs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adjust schedule needs including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background check
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs safely and frequently, using OSHA standard three points of contact
