Responsibilities
- Courteously and accurately answer guest inquiries and concerns
- Suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, increase occupancy and revenue
- Supervise daily shift processes ensuring all team members adhere to the highest guest service standards
- Train team members and respond to any problems in a timely manner
- Fill in at the front desk as necessary
Requirements
- Prior experience preferred
- Personable, engaging, and professional personality
- Attention to detail
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
