Front Desk Supervisor

About the role

The position involves providing exceptional customer service to guests arriving at the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Handle valet duties including receiving, inspecting, and parking vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicles are returned to guests in a clean and safe condition.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff regarding vehicle status and maintenance needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
