Front Desk Staff (part-time)
About the role
HealthFitness is seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Attendant to join the team at their large client site in Westlake, Texas. This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, providing coverage when additional support is needed. Shifts are typically 5 hours and may be scheduled in the afternoon or evening, depending on peak usage times at the fitness center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, values flexibility, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet, check-in and assist customers.
- Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

Pay

Schedule
Mondays - Fridays: 2 pm - 7 pm, occasional early morning coverage 6 am - 10 am.
