Front Desk Security Officer

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Ability to work full-time (1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Ability to perform command desk duties and conduct patrols of an office building
• Able to walk up to 2 miles per shift
• Comfortable using computers and surveillance systems (cameras)
• Strong written communication and report writing skills

Job Requirements

• Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site
• Provides security and safety for client property and personnel
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods
• Climbing stairs and walking on uneven terrain
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds
• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
