About The Role Fizz Facial Bar is hiring a Spa Coordinator to be the friendly face and first point of contact for our clients. This role blends front desk hospitality with hands-on support to keep the bar running smoothly. What You'll Do Greet and seat clients, answer phones, and manage schedulingSell memberships to clients at checkout and follow up on membership opportunitiesProcess payments and handle rescheduling requestsSupport Skin Pros by resetting bar stations between appointmentsHelp keep the space clean, sanitized, and guest-readyAssist with day-to-day Fizz Flow to keep service moving efficientlyDeliver a warm, welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door Qualifications Prior customer service or front desk experience preferredFriendly, energetic personality suited to a fast-paced environmentComfortable with light, low-pressure sales conversationsReliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitaskingWillingness to pitch in wherever the team needs support
