Front Desk Sales Associate

The Lash Lounge creates beautiful lashes and brows while operating at the highest standards of excellence and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. As the first lash-only salon in the United States, we set the industry benchmark and now operate over 130 locations nationwide. We specialize in lash extensions and luxury salon services, including lash lifts, brow lamination, lash and brow tinting, and threading. Our mission is to provide a warm, welcoming, and elevated experience with a focus on the health and care of our guests' natural lashes and brows.

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced front desk sales associate ready to grow into a leadership role. As the first face of our salon, you will set the tone by creating unforgettable luxury-level guest experiences. This role is a launching pad for your future in the beauty and franchising industry.

Responsibilities

• Increase membership sales and retail sales
• Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
• Book appointments in person or by phone
• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales and guest relations/customer service
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work weekends and during the day on Monday
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience level.

Schedule

Part-Time Position 1:

• Saturday: 7:30am - 1:30pm
• Sunday: 11:30am - 5:30pm
• Monday: 8:30am - 2:30pm

Part-Time Position 2:

• Friday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
• Saturday: 1:30pm - 6:30pm
• Sunday: 11:30am - 5:30pm (as needed)
