About the Role
Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with over 600 franchise locations in the United States and Canada. With over 100,000 active members, Pure Barre is the largest, most-established barre brand, offering a variety of low-impact, full-body workouts for a broad range of fitness levels. As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will assist the General Manager & Instructors with daily studio operations, including light cleaning, member check-in, and POS system use. You will also drive new membership sales by contacting leads, building relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales process. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service to retain current members and foster a supportive community.
Responsibilities
- Execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
- Conduct facility tours, establish client relationships, and identify individual fitness goals and needs.
- Maintain personal sales production targets.
- Promote club objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
- Present available services to current or prospective members.
- Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas.
- Participate in special events (e.g., health fairs, grand openings, marathons) to promote the club.
- Develop and refine selling skills.
- Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure engagement.
- Assist with member check-in processes.
- Complete all required training programs.
- Take photos for social media platforms.
- Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to learn and use ClubReady software.
- Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and email).
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
