Front Desk Representative (On Call - guaranteed one shift a week)

About the role

The Front Desk Representative at Woodbridge Terrace of Irvine provides exceptional customer service via the front desk to establish a warm, secure, and friendly atmosphere in the community.

Schedule

Sunday 2pm–10:30pm + on call.

Pay

$20–21 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
• Assist residents with requests as needed
• Answer incoming calls
• Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
• Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel

Requirements

• Bring a smile to work every day
• Excellent customer service skills
• 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist, or resident relations experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Senior Living experience a plus
• Hotel experience a plus
• Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including Microsoft Office applications, internet-based, and custom applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
