- Greet and check in patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Aid patients with initial paperwork and registration
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Answer multi-line phones and manage front desk communications
- Gather and verify insurance information
- Process insurance claims in compliance with legal requirements

About the Role
Wilson Immediate Care provides services for a wide variety of needs including care for sudden and ongoing illnesses, minor acute injuries, MRO services, on-site X-Ray and lab services, and more. Our physicians have a combined 80+ years of experience, and all are board certified in Internal or Family Medicine.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of clinic or medical office experience preferred
- Relevant work experience may substitute for education
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
