Front Desk Representative

Role Overview

At ATS Institute of Technology, we are seeking a service-oriented Front Desk Representative to serve as the welcoming and professional face of our campus. In this role, you will play an important part in creating a positive experience for students, faculty, and visitors by providing timely, accurate, and courteous support.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome & Assist: Greet students, faculty, and visitors professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
• Clerical & Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, phone calls, emails, and documentation to support smooth campus operations
• Basic Tech Support: Provide basic assistance with computers, printers, and copiers; coordinate service calls as needed
• Campus Presence: Help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the front desk and student lounge areas
• Student & Faculty Support: Assist with day-to-day needs and deliver excellent customer service throughout your shift
• Flexibility & Adaptability: Perform additional duties as assigned in support of campus activities and evening operations

• People Skills: Professional, welcoming demeanor with the ability to engage positively with students, staff, and visitors
• Organizational Strength: Strong multitasking and time-management skills with a proactive approach to daily tasks
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software for scheduling, documentation, and communication
• Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, and polished in both communication and appearance
