About the Role
Gateway Pediatric Therapy offers home and clinic-based ABA services for children with autism, working closely with families to meet each child’s unique needs in a supportive, team-driven environment. We are looking for compassionate, dependable individuals passionate about making an impact.
Responsibilities
- Ability to be physically active and move quickly
- Flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving
- Multitasking and managing phone duties (answering, messaging, transferring calls)
- Willingness to work as a team to clean and maintain the clinic
- Love for working with children
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- Front desk experience (1 year preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Reliable personal transportation (required)
- No past criminal history
- Passion for working with children
- Maintaining respect and confidentiality for all clients
- Ability to lift 30 pounds (required)
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to work cooperatively with professionals and staff
