Position Overview As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide an exceptional customer experience.Manage client check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling.Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.Confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling as needed.Maintain accurate client records and ensure required paperwork is completed.Process payments and assist with general administrative tasks.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.Communicate effectively with treatment providers, sales consultants, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.Assist with client follow-ups and appointment reminders.Support the team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.Experience in a med spa, medical office, wellness center, or similar environment is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and basic office technology.Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
