- Welcoming and assisting guests
- Handling reservations and check-ins/check-outs
- Managing inventory and supplies
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Responding to guest inquiries and complaints
- Overseeing daily operations and maintaining a clean, organized environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of front desk management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
