  • Welcoming and assisting guests
  • Handling reservations and check-ins/check-outs
  • Managing inventory and supplies
  • Processing payments and handling cash transactions
  • Responding to guest inquiries and complaints
  • Overseeing daily operations and maintaining a clean, organized environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of front desk management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
