About the role
This role is the first impression of our agency and an important part of the customer experience. The right person will be friendly on the phone, organized under pressure, comfortable helping clients, and capable of growing into a strong service role within the agency.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and greeting walk-in clients
- Directing calls and client requests to the correct team member
- Assisting with policy service requests as experience and licensing allow
- Helping clients with basic questions, payments, documents, and follow-ups
- Monitoring voicemails, emails, messages, and front desk communication
- Creating or routing service requests inside agency systems
- Supporting the personal lines and commercial lines teams as needed
- Helping maintain a smooth and professional front office experience
- Learning agency procedures, carrier guidelines, and service workflows
- Documenting client interactions accurately and consistently
Requirements
- An active Oklahoma Property & Casualty license is strongly preferred. Candidates who are not currently licensed may still be considered if they have relevant insurance experience and are willing and able to obtain their license quickly after hire.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an insurance agency, carrier office, or similar insurance service role
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred
- Experience with customer service, phones, data entry, and administrative support
- Familiarity with insurance terms, policy documents, billing, endorsements, claims, or renewals
- Experience with agency systems such as EZLynx, AgencyZoom, RingCentral, Outlook, Slack, or similar platforms is a plus

Pay
Compensation is a salaried full-time position with compensation generally equivalent to $20/hour or more, depending on insurance experience, licensing status, and overall fit for the position.
Schedule
The position is a full-time role with a Mon-Fri schedule.
