Front Desk - Inpatient (Sat/Sun) - Boynton Beach

About the role

Apart from Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, this position is onsite. It is an entry-level, part-time role that works Saturdays and Sundays, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., supporting the front desk and ensuring a seamless, empathetic experience for patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Work the front desk, greeting patients and visitors, answering phone calls, and operating standard office equipment including fax, computer, and printer.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and referral sources with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure timely and accurate admissions.
• Sustain a compassionate, patient-centered environment that aligns with Trustbridge Hospice's mission and values.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working in a business office or hospital unit, preferred.
• Mastery of essential office skills, superior organizational abilities, and effective communication.
• Sensitivity, compassion, caring, efficiency, self-motivation, proactiveness, and flexibility.
• Basic computer skills, including word processing and data entry, with Excel spreadsheet experience a plus.

Qualifications
